Health assessments of the New Zealand visa applicants are conducted by the International Organization for Migration (IOM) at the Migration Health Assessment Center.

  1. Passport. Photocopies will not be accepted.
  2. Health Examination List  and/or Examination Referral List if you want to use eMedical service.
